When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the two cups of coffee.

A professor stood before his class of philosophy students with a few objects on the table before him. When the class started he silently lifted a very big and empty glass mayonnaise jar and started to fill it up with golf balls. He then asked his students if the jar was full. The students said that yes it was. Then the professor took a box of little pebbles and poured them into the jar as well. He shook it and the pebbles filled up the small spaces in between the golf balls. Again he asked the students if the jar was full and the students said yes it was. Then the professor took a box filled with sand and poured it into the jar. The sand filled the rest of the empty space between the golf balls and the pebbles and once again he asked if the jar was full. The students answered with a unanimous YES! Then the professor placed two cups of coffee on the table and silently poured them into the jar and they efficiently filled the last space left between the grains of sand. The students laughed.

"Now," the professor said, when the room was silent again, "I want you to imagine that the jar represents your life. The golf balls are all the important things, family, children, your health and other things that you are passionate about. Things – that if everything else was lost and only these things remained, your life would still be good and fulfilled. The pebbles represent other things that are important to you, a home, a job and a car maybe. The sand represents everything else – the little things! If you put the sand in the jar first, then you have no space left for the golf balls or the pebbles. It`s the same thing with life. If you put all your time and energy on the little things then there is no space left for the really important things. So be attentive to what's important for your happiness and fulfillment. Spend time with your children. Take your partner out to dinner. Do things that you are passionate about. Take care of the golf balls first – the things that are really important to you. There is always another day for cleaning the house. Restore what is important in your life – the rest is just sand."

One of the students asked, “ What does the coffee represent?” The professor smiled and said, "I'm glad you asked. The coffee is there because I wanted to show you that however hectic and crammed your life might feel there is always time for a cup of coffee with a friend!"

It is so messy.

Life can be a set of directions.

Went out with Shannen cousin to Models Night Dinner.
Waited outside Starbucks for her friends to arrive and bring us there.
Went to Riverside Point and dine at A971 Cafe.
The food is very unique and nice.

Sometimes when we quarrel with our love ones.

We should stand at a 3rd person's view.

Before we malign, quarrel, scold or hurl vulgarities at them.

Yesterday night didn't really sleep much.
Because around 5 am, jakey suddenly online and said he couldn't sleep.
So I joke and said, go play basketball then.
And he took it for real.
I went to lie down at 5 am close to 6.
And woke myself up at 7:20 am.
Went to meet him and play ball at 8 am until 12 pm.
After which I went home shower, prepare going out soon again.

Went to meet CSX at Jurong East Interchange to take bus to Science Centre.
Didn't know that there's so much fun down there.
Took quite a few very very random pictures.

This "computer" teaches about Human, Babies and Sex Organs.

This machine is super cool. When you push start right, there will be lights flashing inside. And there's a knob for you to turn to increase/ decrease the frequency of the volume of water. When you decrease the volume, the water like become slow motion. Damn cool.

This is a arrogant-thinks-she-always-wins-the-game robot. She keeps thrash talked to the person whose playing the game beside her. Cause she's supposed to be the one playing against the person whose playing.

CSX said that this is cute and looks like me. lolol.

This lift here right only has 2 levels. As you can see the 2nd level is the connecting part and the 1st level is the ground. And me and CSX actually got stuck inside for quite a while because the lift was faulty. And it only has 2 levels.-_-

Very very disappointed with my own performance.

Fancy's birthday.

Yesterday, we celebrated Fancy's birthday.

It was a "surprise" party.

The party was quite fun.

Made some new friends.

Luckily yesterday there was two car.

Because there was 10 of us just nice. Including the 2 drivers.

We took like more then half an hour to find West Coast Park.

There's one road name "West Coast Park" but i guessed it was just the name of the road, and i was right. It was filled with private properties.

So we anyhow turn here and there.

Finally, we reached West Coast Park. The real place where we wanted to go.

So, we went there ate Macdonalds and Alicia wanted to go to the playground.

And she suggested some idea that the guys should piggyback the ladies and have a race.

So, we did. There's like 6 guys. So one guy had to be a "lady" and ride on another guy's back.

During the last round of piggyback, the guys said that it is the ladies' turn to piggyback the guys.

And, yeah. Nobody dares to piggyback me. SO, I had to piggyback people. Hahahaha. I'm too heavy!

I seriously do not understand why my mom likes that guy so much. He's like being staying at my house every day. Smoking in the house every day. My mom knows I am the only non smoker in the house. I can't understand why. My life in this house stinks. Don't they realise that 2nd hand smoker takes in more? She's happy now cause she's got him instead of kinship. My health doesn't matters to her anymore? Should I thank god? I am a Sportsman for god sake. She still do not understand why i stay out late every night. Hello. I am back with blogspot! hahaha. Today went out with cousin to buy bermuda.

Asked her out to picked one nice one for me. For my New Year's clothes. And we went to StarBucks to wait for her girlfriend to come. Since 3:30pm we waited until 4:30pm, and her girlfriend messaged and said she couldn't make it. So, the wait was wasted. During the wait, took quite a lot of photos thou. Went to the gym earlier on. Reached there about 1115. When i went in, there is this group of people around my age. The first thing i did was Threadmill. Ran until i perspire a lot and went to do chest, biceps, back, torso/abdomen and leg muscles training. While i was doing the leg muscle/calve/thigh training, normally i use 40kg. So when i put on 40kg, the group of guys as mentioned earlier kept looking at me. I wonder why. Like they have never seen 40kg before? A bunch of noobs. After finishing the 40kgs i went to add another 10kg and 50kg seems like only 10kg difference, but it is really much heavier. The bunch of noobs look at me again. Whatever i did, they looked. They paid gym fees just to look at me. I am so honored! Before i went gym was actually having very pain stomach aches and Serene told me not to go. I went ahead because it wasn't really pain afterwards and the miracle was, when i reached home, then the pain got back. Such coincidence. OKAY i did my best in updating my blog today! :D

Yesterday, all my thoughts was only winning. So i strain myself out, not knowing my own body's limit. Now, my body is aching. Arms and face sun burned. My ankle's problem also coming back. Guess i need to rest more this few days. I feel so sorry for myself, not knowing my limits and overdoing it. I just didn't wish to disappoint my best buddies. I'm so sorry we did not win. Determination is the cause of Championships. I will improve myself even more. The hunger for improvements. The need for it. Basketball instincts is running inside my veins. But still, have to wait until my body recovers. Oh well. To my juniors, take care of yourselves. You all did great yesterday. Today we almost won, my team. But we decided to take a gamble. Took the risk ourselves, couldn't blame anyone. My junior's team and my team both advance quarter-finals. So there is a total of 6teams advancing to quarter-finals. 3teams each group, our juniors lost the first round to the other opponent. But we won back the opponent. So the next match is mine vs my juniors. We decided to take a gamble with it, let our juniors win and take a risk in the freethrow at the end of all 3matches. My teammates and i could not make the freethrows, my juniors scores. The other team also scored. So both of them advances, we took the gamble. Couldn't blame anyone else. (: Will win trophy the next time round. I will keep improving myself. More stronger i will get. :D My team and i will be back.

Came back home after the photoshoot for my portfolio. The professionals there are quite professional.(duh) The lady who styled my hair, i wasn't pretty sure that my hair looks very nice but you all shall vote for it next week when i upload some of the pictures. Wore my 2nd time of make up today. The Photographer, she's so funny. She kept trying to make me laugh so that i'd smile more. But i think i let her down, when i try to smile, she said that my smiles looks forcing. Saw winnieee today. Made her came down to Dhoby Ghaut and went home after i went in for photoshooting. So sorry.

Not that i want to discriminate anybody here. But some Singaporean really are argh people! Today board the bus back to jurong. Now people i am not being racist because i am writing about both Chinese and Malay here. Board the bus 157, the bus is pack with people so bj and i moved to the middle. This Malay Aunty asked us to move in a little bit more and so we did. Afterwards she kept thinking that we are talking about her. Like what the fuck? We're speaking half english and half chinese which concludes as singlish. Even idiots also know that with the half english we are not talking about her. So while she was alighting the bus somebody yelled she turned around and thought it was me and mumbled some malay harsh words. So that is it about the Malay. Now the Chinese Uncle's turn. The Uncle put his bag on one of the seats beside his friend, he stood up, took the bag and asked whether i would like to have the seat. I politely said no and smiled. He showed me attitude for no fucking reason, he told me(in chinese) " Next time, write on your forehead no thanks", "if you do not know, i will explain it to you". Like i did anything wrong. They are so freaking polite.

Want to know how fucking much I hate smoking? Well, I regretted lending my sister my phone for her to talk over with. She went out for a smoke took my phone along as well, and she chatted over the phone while she smoke. She came back, i smell my phone which rirks of the fucking smell. I took out my sim card and battery, i wet the tissue and wipe my phone clean. Then my fingers got that smell too, i wash it hard with soap. Fucking irritating smell. Fuck cigarette. Today went to play basketball. So tired. Played from 3pm like that till about 10:30pm. Super tiring. There's like 3-4 injuries. One of them is from the Sentosa's trip if i'm not wrong. Got stung by jellyfish. Now my butt is like red and a little bit swollen. When i was bathing, the scratches from playing basketball and the jellyfish's sting is like super sharp pain. I had to bear with it. When bits and bits of water flow through the injuries, it feels like people are using needle poking hard on my skin. Imagine! Now feeling much better after the bath. Finally can i rest. But before i really can have my rest. This is what happen. Came home with a dejected feeling and still had to bear with the music. Fucking irritating. She go and have her sleep i use my computer, the modem also never make any noise. Why must she fucking off the modem? Talk to her nicely, she also nag and nag. Never even give me a chance to say how i feel. Due to the fact that i do not have the habit of sleeping early, and she off the modem. I switched on the television and watched also must nag at me? The volume is already so low, which i can hardly hear even i'm sitting right in front of the television. She also say i'm interrupting her sleep. I don't know what she want. I just couldn't sleep. Can't i watch until i feel sleepy? Can anyone understand me? It feels like whatever i am doing makes her feel unhappy. I play basketball until late like 10plus 11, she also must nag. Like, ARGH. I do not wish to quarrel with her, but why must she keep finding things to nag about? I have been very giving to her. I even switch off the lights when i use computer or watch television. No sound no lights, still she feels unhappy about it. She should know me by now i do not sleep so early. At night i cannot use computer, morning when i wake up also she must lock her room's door and off the modem. So what do i do? I go play basketball which ALSO makes her unhappy. I shall blog everything into one post! Firstly, let's talk about saturday. Went to ahcai's performance, it was much better then last year's. I guess it was because he had to solo keyboard and sing at the same time? Have to thanks mingmin, wee's gf and jieying for making it there.

Okay, blog about today. :D today went to catch a movie with jieying at entertainment, we watched Step Up 2: The Streets. I guess the show was quite nice, recommendable? Not really bad or nice. I went to entertainment to find only that she will be late, haha. So, i bought tickets first and waited. As the movie had already started and we were hurrying to enter the cinema.

Today went to play basketball with my five of my friends, and cai's elder brother w/ his friends. Played 5 on 5 full court. So tiring. I gayed with jiancai while deciding where to go next after having dinner. There will be photos later for you all to enjoy. :D Had so much fun crapping with them today. Jealousy arouse for no reason. When you like someone you would make sacrifices, curb obstacles for them. Maybe you think that you aren't good enough for him/her, you wouldn't know w/o asking them. Maybe or just maybe they think that you are the best in the world and just that they didn't know how to tell you all this? But life isn't always this smooth sailing for most people. Why not grab the opportunity and tell the someone that you like them, and maybe they do think the same way as you do, and 'Tada' you are together as an item! There's always a risk in doing something, it depends on how you manage it and how minimum the chances of failing are. I had to curb my jealousy and sensitivity. I managed it, why not you too? For the sake of your love ones, it's truely worthy. Nothing in the world can exchange true love. Well, maybe people nowadays do prefer gold then true happiness. Which turns out that the people with tons of gold isn't the happiest people alive! :D

Today went out with Jieying. We went to watch The Leap Years. The show was overall okay. But the emotional and touching part only last about 5minutes like that. The show is commendable, about 3-4stars rating i guess? After the show we went for a walk, and amazingly, we spent most of our shopping hours at the basement level. With the Supermarket, Popular and the Japan Home. She bought something like a pizza cum prata kind of thing home for tomorrow's breakfast. Alright that's about it. Sorry for not blogging for so long. Feel so lazy.

Sorry for not blogging for so long! I know you all miss me. But there's practically nothing much to blog anyway. Firstly, want to thank her for accompanying me all the way to simei there. Although it was futile trip, but well who cares. The person who serve me there in the general office was bad at servicing. I believe i will do a better job then her. My friend called the school and asked whether should we make a trip down to the school or are we able to appeal online. The person on the phone said we should make a trip down and bring all the relevant documents. We went there and the students there were practically smoking at the bus stop. When we reached there, we went to the person whom i earlier mentioned, the girl with the bad service, she turned her computer screen towards me and press here and there. The one thing that she said that pissed me off was, "easy right?" Feel like giving her a slap across the face. Making sure my finger prints hard on her face and leave behind dark red finger marks. Sorry for not blogging new post for so long. Yesterday was valentine's day, i went out with some friends of mine. Well, let me start from the beginning because it was the climax! I was on my way to jurong east MRT and i stupidly board the bus 98. What happen was, she was on the bus too. And i always thought i had already let go of that relationship, you know what? I feel shocked and hurt again. It happened just like what i blog last time, when you had finally let go of the relationship, you will see her/him again, making you back to square one. Yes, it happened. Moreover it happened on valentine's day. Always trying to run away from it, but face it, you can never run. Reality is always sticking close behind your back. No matter how far you think you have ran, reality is back to haunt you. Hiding from the truth does not do any good, you faced it and you had to faced it not just once, twice, it's forever until you have really learned to let go. Pick up your pace once you have fell down, don't be lag behind. Alright, stop right here. Hope you all had a fun time yesterday. (:

People celebrates Chinese New Year everyday. Yet mine finished in just a day. Now i am free again, nothing to do, at home so bored. Wanted to ask people out but they still have to go other places for lunar new year. Not like me. So, have to wait until they are free. It's hard finding times to go out together as a whole again. After yesterday's 800 near 1000 carton of drinks, i was damn tired. Today woke up, back aches. Today after work, went to jurong east's NTUC to replenish the stocks again. It's really very tiring. After so long i can finally once sleep nicely and sound again because of the fact that i am really tired. But whenever i'm not tired, i couldn't get to sleep, i think about her, let loose my imaginations and so. Actually today nothing much to blog about. Lastly, i've got so many choices for valentines from WestMall! hahaha. So hard for me to decide! Nah, who am i kidding. Alright, i'm heading for bed! Good night everyone. (:

Wow, today is the most tiring day out of the other working days. I woke up at 8am, started work at 9am. Travelling to different places that sells new year stuffs. Replenishing the goods there, damn tired! I've carried more then 800 to 1000 cartons of drinks. Now, i have after effects from the cartons of drinks.

Well, after carrying all those bundles of water, i went home for a bath before i took off for my real workplace. While i was on the bus ride home, i was listening to my mp3 and suddenly she came into my mind. I was missing her, her warming smiles, the way she tickles my stomach and laugh so happily, the way she hugged my bolster, she hugged me, her smell, her presence, her self-made cookies, the way she took care of me, the way she love me. I knew i was a complete idiot. To actually love her so much when she is having a fun time with another guy. She's enjoying life now, i hope. Yet after knowing so much truth did not stop me from loving her. Hope that guy treats her real good. Well, maybe my life is made this way. Sour, hard and a path made for a failure. Yet after another bored working days! Practically nothing to do down there. Met a few friends there, and we spent almost all our working hours walking around, sitting around and chit chatting. There is this guy we call him Pomelo Boy, lol. He is the clown that entertains us down there. From tomorrow onwards i will have to wake up really early and get to work, about 8am have to wake up and prepare.

Yesterday night, i tried to know as much truth as possible. Hurting myself more and i thought that was the only way out. But little did i realise, i started crying again. Ever since you left, i never once had a good night sleep. Praying, wishing, done everything i could. Nothing comes to avail. Is there really no other good girls out there anymore? I may seem like a playboy, like what people says. But i'm definitely no unfaithful bastard. There may be a lot of black sheeps outside trying to ruin boys/girls reputation, but truthfully speaking, i really do not see a lot of successful relationships. Many words to be said, many things to be done. Yet, life is made this way making you unable to say the unsaid and doings to be done. For that you will have to learn to pick up from where you fell. Initially it's hard. Finally when you get the hang of it, you see her/him again. Making you going back to square one. Life is harsh, so false yet so true. True love comes from within. Happiness comes from the decision you made, to love someone with all you've got, or be loved by someone. Which the best option is, to love and be loved. But no matter what, your friends, families, those who really cares, never once gave up hope on you. That's the reason why you must never disappoint them. Give it your best shot, make your life full of colours. Personally, i think i'm one crazy person. Able to be so positive. I only had this on my mind, if she's truely happy, i am happy for her too.
